Chaos and Mayhem.
I'm sorry that I haven't posted for a while, the first thing out of the window when life gets turned upside down is always de blog. And boy, has our life ever been turned upside down. Quite apart from wedding preparations and work-work-work, three other recent pieces of news add up to a fundamental change looming in our lives very soon indeed. I haven't got time to be divulging right now, and friends and loved ones mostly already know what's happening anyway. You can rest assured that we're feeling positive. Ok, a bit scared, but very positive about the whole thing.
Soon I will sit down and find the right words to describe what's going on, but for now, this:
I can reassure you that work on board Wendy is more frantic than ever, except possibly just before the launch over three years ago. This great timelapse, shot last week by friend photographer Harry captures the feeling quite nicely. The 'flaming idiots' bit flagged up at the end proves that my crew and I are only boys after all, the silly sods.

I love this video. Well done Harry. It just shows how 'quickly' you boys can work as well as demonstrate how that entrance plank operates, giving way to the rise and fall of WA2. Even the 3 swans in the foreground were content! Push on!!! You're doing great!
Hey... this is even much betterer whilst listening to the Sailor's Hornpipe which music link I did not have yesterday!!!!!!
If only you worked that gfast when you were ashore. From all at Saxon Wharf, Love the Blog.
