Yay! Glad to see you're making progress, you and tim did more than anyone to inspire us to buy our boat (and convinced us to buy one that didn't need the sort of epic work on it that yours has had!) and so i've been eagerly awaiting an update and am so glad to read that you may actually be getting her in the water soon!

We're at http://www.boatsareforlosers.blogspot.com/ if you want to drop by, hope you keep making progress at the current rate!

To say Seb has lifted a plate of steel is phenomenal!!!!!!!! One of those half metal plates cut out of Wendy Ann 2 was discarded on the floor of the yard and too heavy to move fom it's place on the floor when I was sweeping and cleaning iron dust a while ago...... and I said at the time "How does anyone lift one of these into place let alone weld into situ?". Why does anyone want to work in metal? But Seb's grandfather did with BOAC and planes and his father with Bronze so it must be in his blood and if he wants to wipe this message I give him permission! I am very proud of my son's achievement and Becky's too, though she hasn't written this blog, every good man needs a god woman behind him....... and both my son and Becky are intrinsically very good people and excellent workers and if you don't work then life gives you nowt!! These people know how to work with others and they have my every admiration and compliments do not do justive to their achievements. It IS phenomenal. Madre xxxxxxxxxxxx

Hi Seb

I was begining to worry about you .
So your latest blog is great news.
I know exactly what you mean about the rising panic sensation. But luckily we are all mad ,and so we can get over it by just taking things step by step.

Well done

Best regards; Andrew
